Not anyone’s cuppa tea –
Either I’ll scorch your tongue or have gone cold long before you know it. The flavour’s never strong enough, a sweetness that cannot be enjoyed.
Besides that, the spoon went missing.
The honey has fallen to the bottom of the mug like a lump of sadness. I wouldn’t be surprised if the water was poisoned, too.
Not from sustainable or fairly traded origin
Everyone can be as bitter as tea, less people I think can be both bitter in taste and origin. Is it a personality trait or just a side effect of an emotional state? I’ve found that people’s tastes vary significantly especially with tea. I drink my tea as bitter as I can make it (sometimes 2 teabags) and I like to drink cold tea, but I can’t stand fruity tea or tea that is all aroma and no taste. Is that somehow a reflection of me?
